Electric Dredge Pumps

The Dragflow EL Series electric dredge pumps feature a high-efficiency standard agitator to lift settled solids. Among their outstanding capabilities:

  • Slurries up to 1.7 ton/m³

  • Capable of handling up to 70% solids

  • Pumping of solids up to 120 mm

  • High abrasion resistance with high-chrome wear parts

  • CE / UL / CSA certified

  • Maximum head: 72 m

  • Maximum flow rate: 900 m³/h

Hydraulic Dredge Pumps

The Dragflow HY Series hydraulic dredge pumps feature a high-efficiency standard agitator to lift settled solids. Among their outstanding capabilities:

  • Slurries up to 1.7 ton/m³

  • Capable of handling up to 70% solids

  • Pumping of solids up to 120 mm

  • High abrasion resistance with high-chrome wear parts

  • Easy installation on the boom of hydraulic excavators

Features:

  • Maximum head: 65 m

  • Maximum flow rate: 1,350 m³/h

Amphibious Dredgers

Dragflow amphibious dredgers are available with remote control.

They are directly compatible with the hydraulic systems of construction equipment.

Cutters, anti-turbidity bells, and jet rings can be added to increase overall dredging efficiency.

Applications include:

  • Recovery of mining tailings in dams

  • Reservoir cleaning and any application where mobility is required

Cutter Heads for Dredge Pumps

Hydraulic cutters for dredge pumps can be mounted directly onto the pump, creating a self-contained and autonomous dredging system, efficient in hard and compact soils where a backhoe would otherwise be required. When mounted on the pump, they also have the added effect of increasing the average solids production of the dredging system.

Availability:

  • Axial and lateral / hydraulic and electric

The cutter head is designed to minimize wear-part costs by cutting with interchangeable high-hardness teeth.
